Back to running
Well it has been a long winter. I have been waiting to get out and run outdoors but the stubborn winter will not let its grip go. I had major ankle surgery last September and even though I still have a lot of nerve sensation, I went for some small runs to test it out. So far not to bad but pretty sore for a couple of days after the runs. But now they are talking about 4 to 6 inches of snow here Wednesday, but hopefully it melts fast. Looking for some tips to help my ankle along and get rid of the nerve sensation.

Running tips
With Spring almost here it is time to dust off your running shoes. "First and formost you have to start out slow"! With the long winter your legs are not ready for that 5 mile jog. Start out with a few days of walking first then you can add a little jog to your routine. But do not push your body beyond your limits! Listen to your body and listen to what it is telling you. Remember that it does not take very long for you to get back into shape, but you could get injuried very easy though. The big thing to remember is to start out slow, slow, slow. Happy Running!
